Despite the convenience and purported reliability of the storage facility, the palpable sense of personal animosity from the manager made my experience as a customer fraught with discomfort and unease. Upon entering the facility, I had hoped for a seamless and efficient interaction, but unfortunately, my expectations were swiftly shattered. From the outset, it was evident that there was a tension in the air, with DeAsia's demeanor conveying a distinct lack of warmth and professionalism. As I attempted to address my storage needs, I couldn't shake the feeling that her interactions with me were tinged with personal animosity. Despite my best efforts to engage in a courteous and respectful manner, I was met with coldness and a dismissive attitude from DeAsia. Her communication was curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and alienated as a customer. Wonderful experience setting up my first storage unit with the lovely ladies Taylor and Yildred. They were very helpful and made a stressful time much easier! The building is clean, a/c works well and the elevator is right inside the doors for convenient loading or unloading.

I had to get a storage unit due to a sudden move out of my apartment complex. The process to book was easy and quick online and when I came to get access to my unit, Taylor assisted me! She is the sweetest, super personable and pleasant! I had a mishap with my unit (due to my own error) and Taylor helped to get it resolved swiftly! Great customer service! Thank you Taylor!
